Colossians 3:15 (Legacy Standard Bible) “And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body, and be thankful.” Pause for a moment and picture an umpire standing in the middle of your heart. Every thought, every emotion, every decision steps up to the plate, and this umpire has only one call to make: “Peace—or no peace?” Paul says that umpire is meant to be the peace of Christ Himself. “Let it rule.” The Greek word is brabeuetō—let it
