Each Petal

Each petal of a flower is an invitation to hope. It gently whispers for us to pause, behold the beauty before us, and breathe in the sweet fragrance God so lovingly created. Yet so many walk by without ever noticing.

Sadly, many of the flowers we receive have been artificially preserved. Though they may still appear beautiful, they have lost the fragrance and life that once made them unique.

Life can become that way as well.

We can spend so much of our lives trying to become who we believe others want us to be, that we slowly lose sight of the person God created us to be. We wear masks to gain acceptance, only to return home exhausted, longing to be our authentic selves.

God never called us to live an artificial life. He created us to live authentically, filled with His love, His grace, and His purpose. When we choose to be genuine, we give others permission to do the same. But when we hide behind a version of ourselves that isn't real, we unintentionally encourage others to hide as well.

So bloom as God created you to bloom.

Be real. Be honest. Be the person God designed you to be. Like a fresh flower in full bloom, your true beauty and the fragrance of your spirit will leave a lasting blessing on every life you touch.
