Scripture: John 15:10 (ESV)

"If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and abide in his love."

In this passage, Jesus teaches about the vine and the branches, emphasizing abiding—staying closely connected to Him. Just as Jesus obeyed His Father and walked in perfect love, we are invited to do the same.

Jesus is not commanding cold, robotic rule-following; He’s offering a way of living that keeps us rooted in His love. Obedience is the doorway to intimacy with Him.
